Random
I know I normally talk about the Cavs and basketball but on this post I wanted to get away from that a little bit. This picture is from the overlook in my squirrel Hill neighborhood in Pittsburgh, The picture shows the waterfront at night which is a very lively place. Its home to many bars, clubs, restaurant's, Stores, hotels, small businesses and the main attraction Lowe theater which on the right night if your lucky you can catch the newest movie and see a Pittsburgh Steeler in the same night. The waterfront is an exciting place but I believe where the picture was taken from is more important just for the simple fact that not many people know about it. I've lived in Pittsburgh my entire life and just recently discovered this beautiful Mt. Washington like outlook. If you want to be alone with your thoughts while looking at a beautiful scenery come here at night. I wont tell you exactly where it is because I don't want it become popular and lose the thing that makes it so great so if you find it enjoy and keep it a secret.

Rumors
The Cavs snap back with a hard fought win over the Pacers silencing all those critics that said they aren't looking good and don't know how to finish games. Well in your face the Cavs battle non stop lead changes, small deficits and found a way to claw to the win. The effort in this games was a complete turn around form the past few games, you seen guys straining them self and making the hustle plays. The win over the Pacers was big for their confidence and record. This post is not all good and I'm sorry to report this but there has been rumors that Kyrie Irving our all-star point guard is not happy here in Cleveland and would prefer to play else where. I'm not sure if this is true or not but for the Cavs sake I pray it isn't he is a big part of the team and brings a lot to the table if he was to leave it would put so much more added weight on to King James shoulders. If Kyrie decides he wants out the return of King James would of been for nothing his team would still be talented enough to beat most teams in the NBA in my opinion but not able to bring home the hardware leaving King James in the same situation he left the Cavs in the first place. So if the rumors are true and Kyrie does end up leaving then what is the next step for LeBron and the Cavs? Scary right I know so lets all hope that somebody made this up.

Problems ???
I know I told you guys not to panic in my prior post and your probably wondering what my message will be now after the Cavs have lost the last three out of four games. People my message is still the same don't panic, yes they lost some important games and one of those games they were completely blown out but they just have minor problems to fix. Mind you the game they were blown out by the Washington Wizards King James didn't play ,could they have played harder? Yes I think they could. However their best player was in a suit on the bench so cut them a little slack. I will also admit that the Cavs have problem within the team that needs to be addressed. There is a lot of basketball left and not every team could be as polished as the Warriors it will be a grind to get back to the finals but I don't see these problems going to long with out being resolved.

Big Game
Well would you look at that, the Cavs come back with a win over the Bobcats. I think everyone and their grandmothers seen that one coming there was no way they lose back to back games to teams under 500 hundred on the season. King James looked his Royal self this game dominating on both sides of the floor finishing with 23 points and some flashy dunks and the man the myth the soon to be legend Kyrie Irving matched him in points. The Cavs also received help from their newest edition Channing Frye if you have been keeping tabs on my blog you would recall me saying how he would be a great edition to this team well I don't want to pat myself on the back just yet but he did exactly what I predicted him to do. Channing played 17 minutes and had 15 points which was more than what Kevin love had in 26 minutes if Frye continues to play at this rate we could see a line up change coming in the near future. Moving on the Cavs face off against the Toronto Raptors which are silently doing extremely well this season being in second place behind the Cavs in the eastern conference with a win over the Cavs they will only be two games away from dethroning the Cavs from that number one spot. This is a very big game for both teams and I expect it to be hard fought so tune in Friday February 26th at 7:30pm ET to watch the Cavs Take on the Raptors. Cant leave with out a prediction so I'm taking the Cavs 110-105 sorry Drake.

Dont Panic
After coming off a great win against the Electric Thunder seems like the Cavs used all of the energy in their loss to the Detroit Pistons. Yes I said it the Pistons people who are a game under 500 this season and it didn't help that King James had an mediocre performs ending the night with only 12 points. He did receive help from the other two members of the big 3 Kevin love turned in 24 points and Kyrie Irving had a fantastic night ending with 30points. While points may not be the only stats they piled up that night at the end of the game points is all that matters as the Cavs came up 9 points short of escaping victorious. This however is no reason to panic my friends this isn't something you should worry about teams lose games I think our standards have become to high watching the arch rivals Golden State. This loss doesn't impact the Cavs that much they still have a good lead in the eastern conference so in the words of Rick Ross "Don't Panic".

Off To A Good Start
The Cavs took on the Bulls as the first game back from the All-star break and boy could you tell they were well rested. The Cavs were lively and played at the fast pace Coach Tyronn Lue has been asking them to play. King James was a force in that game finishing the game with 25pts 9ast and 9reb just short of a triple double. Some will say that well Jimmy Butler ( the Bulls all-star ) didn't play and had he did it would of been a different game , While that may have been true being that Butler is a premier defender I still think the outcome would have been the same with a Cavs win. The Cavs now move on to face the Thunder led by the explosive Russell Westbrook(All-Star MVP) and electric Kevin Durant it will be a challenge for the Cavs but I believe they have the personal to match up with them well. Kyrie may start of watching Westbrook but I believe it will become Iman Shumpert's responsibility and of course LeBron the King James will be matched up against Kevin Durant Great against great. With all that being said I Say Cavs win in a close one 95-89.

Trade Alert
As many of us basketball fans know the trade deadline was few days ago and the Cavs decided to make a move. They traded the long time Cav Anderson Varejao , Yes yes I know very sad this man has played his entire career in Cleveland his contributions to the team over those 12 years were great. However he hasn't been the Same since he got hurt last year not the Varejao of old that you are custom to seeing. Varejao was traded to the not so good Orlando Magic for Channing Frye in my eyes its good trade Channing Frye is a great shooter and a capable defender with his 6ft10 -6ft11 frame. He can knock down the 3 and keep the opposing teams defense honest by honoring his shooting ability in doing that he opens up the paint giving King James and the slippery Kyrie room the work. Give the best player in the world room to work and surround him with all the shooters the team has to offer plus their new edition Channing Frye Id say you have a recipe for a championship. I'm not going to jump to any conclusions just yet its to early but if all things go well and he (Frye) jells with the team I see nothing but good things. So all in all I give this trade
