PLAYOFFS ?!?!?!?

The cavs have decided to listen to what I was saying and rest there key players only playing one or two at a time. Which is a smart move glad you seen my post and decided it was what's best for the time. Moving on with the playoffs in reach I think some predictions are to be made so I'm going to weigh in on who I think comes out of the first round and who I believe the match ups to be. In the East I have Cleveland beating the pacers in 6 Paul George won't be enough in my eyes to stop the cavs. The Raptors over Detroit in 6, Hawks over Michael Jordan's Bobcats in 5, and Heat beat the Celtics in 7. Now on to the West I believe the Warriors will end up playing Houston (who will make it into the last seed) in 4, Suprs over Dallas in 4 as well , Thunder over the Grizzles in 5, and last Clippers over the trailblazers In 6. There you have it my predictions on the first round if you disagree and think some things should be changed drop it in my comments.

Battle Tested

Last nights game against the Hawks the Cavs pulled through in overtime. LeBron called the win a "great learning experience" it not only showed that the Cavs have it in them to play in close games and have the clutch factor but it gives them confidence as they close in on the playoffs. The  game if you missed it was a nail bitter the Cavs seem to have a bad habit of letting teams back into games and giving up big leads in the 3rd quarter. After leading the Hawks the entire game and giving up a big lead the game came down to overtime and which team could execute better. The Cavs stepped up causing the Hawks to make some costly turnovers and sinking much needed free throws putting the game just out of reach for the Hawks. The win was great for the team in many aspects but I believe that the Cavs have work to be done about there defensives lapses in the 3rd quarter its proven to hurt them in the past and going into the playoffs you don't need to make your path harder. However I also like LeBron believe that it is a great learning experience for the team and if put in that situation again its something they can look back on and draw from.

New Found Youth

Lebron James these past few games has been very impressive with his flashy dunks and constant pressure  on the defensive. King James has been playing like the king james of old or new posting close to a triple double almost every game hes played in since his first one of the season. The Cavs were under fire for resting him so often this late in the season with such a narrow lead of only two games in the conference and in what seemed to be must win games as well. If you ask me I say keep resting him with the playoffs approaching you want all your players healthy rather , your first or second in the conference your graduteed a spot in the playoffs. Rest and health is more important than placing to me at this point you seen what happened last year with all the injuries and how it effected their chances at winning the finals. So Cavs if your reading this ( highly unlikely) I like your decision to play it smart and rest your players you already have a reservation to the big dance now you just need to make your sure your shoes are polished. Only a few weeks away from the playoffs cant wait to see what happens. Lets Go Cavs.

Unfollwed

There has been a lot of talk about LeBron unfollowing the Cavs organization of Social Media sites. I don't see why its such a big deal if the man wants to do something he is a grown man let him do it with out having to answer for it. I mean come on would you liked if every time you liked a girls picture for your girl friend to question you about it or vice versa for you women out their? No. I think not you'd feel like your significant other was crazy, controlling , and stalking you I mean how does he or she know what pictures your liking that's another story. You get what I'm tryin to say thou he should be able to express his mind through his social sites as he pleases and follow or unfollow who ever he wants. We shouldn't get mad at him either because he refuses to talk about why he did what he did I could see if he was caught with drugs, or God forbid but had a little Kobe Bryant issues but he didn't. He simply unfollowed the Cavs its not like he said he was leaving or expressed displeasure being there people just need to stop being so nosey and story hungry (meaning trying to make a story out off nothing really) and mind their business because that's what he's trying to do. Its ok I got ya back LeBron keep doing what your doing and get this ring.

If you predicted that the Heat was going to win congratulations I must say the didn't just win they what I like to say " man handled " the Cavs. The game went south fairly quickly for the Cavs and stayed down there. I feel like maybe its just me and I might catch some heat for saying this but I think King James lets off the gas a little when facing his old team. Aye don't kill me its just a thought, If you disagree or agree drop a comment down below and we can have a nice little discussion on it. This post is not all bad the Cavs did come back from that butt kicking and put 124 points in their win over the Nuggets and it was with out Kevin Love. Your greatness King James had a night to remember recording his second triple double of the season if the Cavs could play at this caliber they did the other night with out Mr. Love in rotation every night Golden State is in for a battle. I know I'm getting beyond myself just automatically putting them in the finals again , its just a thought people. The playoffs are approaching fast and the Cavs are looking good lets hope this kind of play will carry over until the end of the season.

Back At It Again

Well would you look at that my people the Cavs have been playing lights out these past few weeks only losing I believe two games since my last post. May I add that one of those wins came against the Mavericks with out LeBron James even gracing the court with his presence. LeBron sat out and Kyrie decided to step up and take on the challenge of leading the team to a rare win with out King James. The Cavs before that win was 2-12 I believe when King James didn't play, the Cavs put that behind them and was able to come out on top of a very close hard fought game by one point. Kyrie finished the game with 33 points K.Love did his share by adding 23 more with a  few handful of rebounds. The Cavs may of had problem before but with the season slowly coming to an end I think they are starting to jell better and better each game. They may not win every game but it helps the teams chemistry and confidence which is on the rise since they've been on a roll. LeBron and the Cavs take on LeBron's former team the Heat tonight at 7:30 tune in and watch. I know I normally talk about the Cavs and basketball but on this post I wanted to get away from that a little bit. This picture is from the overlook in my squirrel Hill neighborhood in Pittsburgh, The picture shows the waterfront at night which is a very lively place. Its home to many bars, clubs, restaurant's, Stores, hotels,small businesses and the main attraction Lowe theater which on the right night if your lucky you can catch the newest movie and see a Pittsburgh Steeler in the same night. The waterfront is an exciting place but I believe where the picture was taken from is more important just for the simple fact that not many people know about it. I've lived in Pittsburgh my entire life and just recently discovered this beautiful Mt. Washington like outlook. If you want to be alone with your thoughts while looking at a beautiful scenery come here at night. I wont tell you exactly where it is because I don't want it become popular and lose the thing that makes it so great so if you find it enjoy and keep it a secret.
